What is your opinion about this?

Arranging things properly and keeping them organized at our office as well as in our home is generally a good practice. It gives us the impression of a meticulous person. Also, it keeps our surroundings neat and the imperative documents of a company are easy to locate, specifically in the hours of need. However, I would not agree with the notion in certain cases.
When it comes to organizing our workplace and home, people have their own perception, but, it is needless to say that arranging the things appropriately has various benefits. Firstly, keeping confidential reports of a firm at a specified place then anyone can search for it easily without any delay, whenever required. Moreover, if medical records of a person are kept at a particular place then, it can be found without hassle. Had the medical records not been kept separately, many people would have died because of the delayed decisions of surgeons during an emergency. Secondly, keeping the items at their designated places in a scientific lab can help scientists to study their properties and to classify them into different groups. This may lead to astounding discoveries later on.
On the contrary, there are a few things which are definitely not required to be kept at a particular place. such as kindle. If we are habitual of reading from a kindle in our spare time then, we need not keep it in the cupboard every time we finish reading. We may want to enjoy reading in our bed or while sitting on a couch, therefore, it is convenient to keep it near to us.
To sum up, keeping the materials organized helps us in numerous ways and should be done in most situations. Nevertheless, there are certain things which we require very frequently are not required to be put in an organized place. This way of management can make our day-to-day life simple and things are accessible without any trouble.
